We take pride in the quality and uniqueness of our merchandise and we assure you nothing but the best. We have also described and photographed all products as accurately as possible. Thus we’ll ONLY accept refund/exchange on any defective items/ Item(s) with physical damage provided the damage is communicated to us within ONE WEEK after received of the parcel, in which afterward no refund/exchange request will be entertained.
STEP OF REFUND/EXCHANGE:
- Do drop us an email at Museumshop@iamm.org.my within 7 days of receiving your product with your name, your order number, product number and reason for exchange, along with a picture of the product. If your exchange is due to an error by the Museumshop whereby a wrong or damaged product was shipped, we will happily provide you with a replacement of the damaged product if there is more stock. If there is no stock, we will offer to replace your product with a similarly-priced product. If this is not available, we will refund your payment accordingly.
- We can either accept the refund directly or dispute your request after investigation.
- Please send your exchange using a reliable carrier that provides a tracking option. We also recommend that you insure the return package as you will be responsible for the item(s) reach us in their original condition.
- Refund will proceed after we received the return items.
- Please note:
No exchanges will be issued for returned item(s) that have been used.
The Exchange Policy will not be applicable after 7-days. - All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
